This question is directed particularly to smokers who, especially after the oncoming ban of smoking in all public areas, may well decide to quit smoking. They're aware of the dangers of smoking and would really just like to kick the habit!
You're probably aware of the ban in Scotland of no smoking in public areas. It is my opinion that with the introduction of this ban in England, soon to be implemented, in all public areas eg pubs etc..that people will seek to stop smoking. Hence my question.

Talk about neuro transmitters and receptor sites that are the medical model for smoking. Not everything is chemical and medically explained in my opinion. So check out some of the other non medical processes that studies have shown have been highly effective to help people stop smoking. Like hypnosis and hypnotherapy. Remember you can stop smoking with hypnosis.
Watch this video and see if it doesn’t help to implant some negative feelings toward cigarette smoking. Sometimes that’s the first step in the process of change. Creating a compelling reason to avoid something you really don’t want. That negative response is like the whip you use to compel a donkey to move forward.
