You're probably aware of the ban in Scotland of no smoking in public areas. It is my opinion that with the introduction of this ban in England, soon to be implemented, in all public areas eg pubs etc..that people will seek to stop smoking. Hence my question.

Your fears could be stopping you from beginning a healthier life. What am I saying? Well, if you are afraid to stop smoking because you’ve failed in the past, then it’s your fears that are preventing you from success. You know you will not ever achieve anything by just dreaming about it or wishing it to happen. You do have to put something on the line. That involves risk. And if you are tired of failing, that fear of failure will stop you from even attempting to quit smoking. That’ll leave you exactly where you are right now…a smoker.
When you are ready to quit smoking, let go of any fears of doubts and just move forward to a healthier brighter future. A future where you are free of the slavery of cigarette smoking. Totally free.
Reasons why you continue to think you want cigarettes even thought you really want to stop smoking.

So check out some of the other non medical processes that studies have shown have been highly effective to help people stop smoking. Like hypnosis and hypnotherapy. Remember you can stop smoking with hypnosis.
